How do your items fit?
Tees:
Most are true to fit otherwise noted on the product's description. Rest assure, if you do have any concerns with fit or product type please contact us and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Hoodies:
Should generally be purchased one size up from the t-shirt size that you would normally wear.
Two reasons to consider:
1) Hoodies are generally fitted and can run a bit snug 
2) Consider the amount of layered clothing that will be worn underneath

What is your normal delivery time?
As explained on our about page, each item is made to order. When you place your order the production process begins.  The normal delivery time is 2 weeks or less. This is not always the case as some orders will arrive much quicker due to material availability. Do not let this time frame discourage your purchase. 

Do you only accept paypal? 
We accept all forms of credit/debit cards. Upon checkout you will come to a paypal login screen. If you DO NOT have a paypal account simply click on the "NOT A PAYPAL MEMBER" tab. This will give you the option of paying with your standard credit/debit card.

What is your return policy?
We do accept returns, however, we DO NOT do cash refunds. The reason for this is due to the fact that all items are made to order. If for some reason the item that you receive is the wrong size, send us an email and let us know. Simply send the item back and we will get the proper size out to you.  We do ask that you contact us within 14 days of your delivery date with any questions or concerns.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing to shops and boutiques that wish to carry Star Struct Clothing/Chicago Rock Attire items.
